I live in Paris with my husband- a sous chef at L’Hotel Meurice. Lucky for me, he loves to cook at home and I get to eat lots of delicious meals. Cooking doesn’t come easy to everyone, especially me. It can be very frusterating to put a lot of time and effort into a dinner that didn’t turn out how you thought it would. However, with a little persistence and patience- you can improve your culinary ways. Fortunately, I have a great teacher and thought I would share the recipes and techniques I learn to all of you.
We love our tiny apartment and our even tinier kitchen- If we can make these meals in this small space with this electric cooktop- then so can you!
